If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase on non personalized, engraved or customer products. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Personalized, engraved or customized products, due to them being customized we cannot resell them. However, if you received a product that is defective we will offer an exchange or refund, please contact us at: email@example.com and let us know exactly what is wrong with your item.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

- Open a support ticket and provide your order ID with a description of the problem.

- Please allow up to 30 business days for refunds and or returns to fully process.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees for returned items.
- If an item is not damaged and is simply being returned because you changed your mind, there is a 20% restocking fee.
